Feeling stuck, disconnected, or just not like yourself?
Whether it’s in your relationship—or in your own skin—it’s easy to lose your footing. Maybe communication feels off, intimacy has faded, or desire just doesn’t align anymore. Or maybe anxiety, depression, grief, or life’s relentless transitions have left you running on empty.
I provide relationship and sexuality-informed therapy for couples, individuals, and members of the 2SLGBTQIA+ and sex work communities. My work gets to the roots of distress—emotional, relational, sexual, or existential—with clarity, compassion, and zero judgment.
With personal experience in diverse relationship styles like swinging, ethical non-monogamy (ENM), and polyamory—and deep understanding of the sex worker community—I bring both lived and professional insight to the therapy room. My approach is empathic and grounded: Solution-Focused Brief Therapy with a creative, human edge. Together, we will use real-world strategies to help unpack what’s keeping you stuck in life, love, & sex.
Before becoming a psychotherapist, I spent 15 years as a secondary school teacher—helping young people and families navigate growth, identity, and challenge. That experience taught me to see the full spectrum of human experience and the power of honest connection.
I’m also an artist and creator by nature. Whether through dance, upcycled art, or gardening, I’m drawn to transformation—to shaping something new from what’s been overlooked or overgrown. Therapy is much the same: a creative collaboration where we grow something real, grounded, and alive.
